Terrible service by some woman named Jenny at the reception. My puppy needed to be seen for a potentially serious issue so I made the appointment one hour before my own very important medical appointment. When booking i repeatedly said i would need to leave by 12 to make it for my other appointment at 12:30. I called an hour before the appt to remind them i had only hald an hour and had to leave by 12 and Jenny confirmed the vet is on time. You will not find a better vet! She has taken care of 4 of my Goldens and 4 cats as well as all my Granddogs and is always very caring and knowledgeable. She takes her time and is very thorough with her check-ups and explaining always. She follows up after hours even to check on them after procedures. Some previous reviewers need to realize that Cornerstone is a vet clinic and not an emergency service to just drop in. You don’t go to your GP for an imminent heart attack, you would go to the ER. Yesterday my partner and I took our 2 year old dog who had become spontaneously lethargic into this animal hospital looking for urgent help. We walked in carrying our dog who was unresponsive, foaming at the mouth, and deteriorating by the minute. We desperately asked the vet tech if the vet could please see her and help us understand what was happening as she had been completely fine and in a matter of minutes became unrecognizable.
