I would love to say they have TERRIBLE SERVICE but that would imply they have service at all. I TRIED to call and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. When I called back and asked why I was on hold so long, I was asked what I wanted. I confirmed they had Nextguard and would be open for almost another hour. They said when we got there we should call and they would bring it out. We were in the parking lot 5 minutes later. For more than 1/2 hour, we tried to call. The staff here and at Petersburg Veterinary Clinic were just wonderful when my daughter's beloved pet drake was ailing. They never treated her or him like he deserved lesser care than a cat or dog and our family appreciates them so much. We will be back.
This is one of the best hospitals around . The owner who owns Cornerstone vet clinic also owns Pertersburg vet clinic ( we go to both) He is wonderful and has wonderful Dr's who also work there. They really care about your furry family members! Thank you for taking such good care of our family all these years!
Love Cornerstone and Petersburg Veterinary Clinics! When I moved from Greenview to Springfield, I drove back to Petersburg to the vet just to make sure my animals got the same great care! Now that I live near Pleasant Plains I can go to Cornerstone. I was so happy to learn they were the same vets!
I love this place! They take great care of my four legged children. Their prices are reasonable. I never have to wait long for appointments.
There medical knowledge has helped/saved my 4 leged kids out when they were sick told receptionist the problem got them in sometimes on same day or worked with me on apt. I have also rescued and been a foster home to dogs and they have worked with me. They understand your pet is family. I would recommend them.
