I agree with the above review about the kennel. I have always liked this vet's office, but the kennel and whoever is working in it lately is unacceptable. I had the same issue with my dog and her urine soaked pet bed. I was gone for a week, and I was really upset when I picked her up.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

This is quite possibly the most horrible and awful place that you could take your dog for kennel services. Inside the kennel area, it looks like a prison block and smells like pee. I'm a grown man and have seen a lot of terrible things, but I cried when I picked up my dogs. Both of their beds were so soaked with piss they were dripping and their fur reeked of urine. Was this veterinarian friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
