I am very appreciative to both Dr. Adams, who are each wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. The staff is excellent and I will definitely continue to have my pets cared for here.
Dr. Adams and his staff went above and beyond to help us after our dog had a complication after surgery (NOT Dr. Adams's fault). We are only here for the summer, so we aren't regular clients and there was no reason for them to help us out just to keep us as clients. They seemed to genuinely care about the clients and their pets.
I was a client at Dr.Sams University Animal Hospital from approx. 1981 until I left Texas in 2006.I was blessed to be hired as kennel mgr although I don't remember the years I was there but I learned so much while I was there!! Dr. Sam took care of every patient as if they were part of our own families.Thank God for vets that love our fur babies like Dr Sam does! You know he's good when they name a beer after him(?)
Thank you so much to all of you who took good care of my baby girl, Chica! Ya'll were so kind and wonderful to me and to her. To Dr. Lauren and Laura, thank u for putting up with my crying and hysterics. You guys were so reassuring that everything was going to be ok and it was. Love you all for being there.
