Don’t go here, the website states that they are open from 5-10pm but we arrived at 615pm and no one was there. There was a person shuffling around in the back but when we called to them to see if they were closed the person got quiet and ignored us. Never going back.
This was a horrible experience. When I pulled up the front doors wouldn't even open and the website had stated they were open 5-10. It was 8 o'clock when I arrived. I called them and they didn't answer. It was a terrible experience knowing that they had just left due to no one showing up for treatment. The only reason I found out they had left that way was the cleaning lady. She had a card to get in and I asked her where the staff was and she said "they just left. No one was here." This was the worst experience ever! I went having abdominal pain instead of them telling me they can't help me they still took me in the back and the doctor told me he couldn't help me! They never made me aware that an urgent care it's only for colds and flu's. I asked for a urine test because the doctor didn't even want to touch me he acted as if I had the plague. He pointed down the hallway instead of showing me where the bathroom was and the helper upfront had to actually take me down there. When I came back he said I sho... read more
Was worried at first waited a min didnt see anyone at desk! The gentleman aka cna called me up got my info and was very nice he after took me in clean room took stats! Dr was smiling, and she asked about my reason for visit listened to me well as i had cough congestion nausea ect and found severe sinus infection! I was in and out within hour with scripts! Total different dr plus a female compared to other reviews! I would totally recommend to others
