I booked my haircut appointment in advance, expecting the service I requested. However, on the day of my appointment, I received a call saying they could only do a basic haircut and not the fade I had booked This was disappointing, as it defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead. I would appreciate clearer communication about service availability before confirming appointments
Got my hair done by Janay , before getting my hair done I had came in for a color consultation. During my consultation , she was sweet and assured she could have me what I wanted . I was quoted MAX $ 350. I had came in for my appointment and got my hair done . Results were pretty but not for the price I was charged at the end . She had charged me $630 total bill was $709 including tip . Completely insane how I was charged double my quote and only told at the end of my service . Went in for low fade and unfortunately it ended up being 1 hr 15 minutes for this haircut. I would not recommend for men’s/boys cuts.
Myla did a fantastic job with my hair. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, which included blunt short bags. I asked her what she thought and she liked the idea of lots of layers but requested I reconsider getting short blunt bangs. I trusted her judgement and she was 100% on point with her suggestions. I feel like a million bucks coming out of my hair appointment and would highly recommend her to anyone
Myla is a wonderful stylist! Great attention to detail and knows what will work for my hair. I look forward to going for haircuts and love the way my hair looks every time.
