I used a different A/C company prior to Cornerstone, and while they were good, I decided to try Cornerstone since they were recommended by my community. While I would rate the other company a 5, Joseph pushed my experience to a 6/5. Joseph communicated with me throughout the entire process, explaining what he was doing and providing advice on how I can prevent A/C issues in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Cornerstone. They showed up within 30 minutes of my call, which alone is rare these days. What really stood out, though, was their ability to actually diagnose the problem—something multiple other HVAC companies and techs couldn’t figure out. Don’t let the high-rated HVAC companies in Katy fool you—some of them sent out multiple techs and still couldn’t correctly diagnose the issue. Cornerstone came in and figured it out.
