The overall property, I give a 3. The manager Shuntare and the leasing agent Toi I give 5 stars. Tio is very polite and follows thru on things that needs to be done. They are both responsive and professional. I came in I can tell in the middle of transition. There are things thats need improvement, but management is new and I see proper steps being taking to bring the apartment up to the standards. I'm content.
Since Ms.Toi has been here Things have been slowly but surely turning around! She made sure to take care of all our concerning issues in our Apartment, We plan to stay here as long as she is here.
Omg… so I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but today I have been blown away from the leasing management at this property. The property manager whose name is Toi was incredibly professional, patient with all my questions and knowledgeable about any and everything I asked her. My experience at Riverside Oaks people friendly, dogs, friendly I love the dog park they even a have place you can go barbecue and just chill with your family and friends know let talk about the short lady Toi. Toi have good communication skills an she does a great job with people since I’ve been living over here she has been helpful in every way if you need anything thing done in your Apartment just call the Office an Toi will send Michael are the black guy with the ball head I forget his name sometime
Toi has been fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite the previous management issues, she has been solid throughout all of these changes. I couldn't have asked for more a more helpful manager to oversee the process! Highly recommend!
