Mayo Street Apts by the Corners at Commerce The apartments on Mayo Street are conveniently located right next to Texas A&M University-Commerce. I've been living here for six months and I have had very few problems. The biggest issue is the biggest hassle is getting maintenance to come fix things but that's only because they have one person and over 50 properties for them to work on.
