Absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Thank you for tarnishing what should have been a good time. I'm thankful we aren't going to let the rest of our evening be ruined by such rude people. I would give this place a zero stars if I could... Rented from corner tubes for the first time yesterday! It was an easy and fun experience from the beginning. Shuttle was quick to get us to the water and was waiting when we landed at the end. Quick to turn us around with new tubes before our second trip! We will be back.
AFTER BEING TURNED AWAY FROM COMAL TUBES BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK THIS PLACE REALLY MADE UP FOR IT AND TREATED US GREAT. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.. PARKING WAS CONVENIENT FOR US..��� THANKS!
Fast, great service, short walking distance from the river, right before the BIG tube shoot!!
Bought all day passes. Launched at 1:30. Done at 3:00. No pick up til 3:30. Took 30 mins for van to pick up; too many people waiting and had to walk back. Floated again. Done at 6:45. They close at 7:00. No van by 7:00. Called. Phone rang and rang. No answer. Had to walk back again. $17 per person times 12 in our group. Wow! UPDATE: Personally spoke to owner. AMAZING customer service today! We normally float in San Marcos at Don's, but missed the last bus. So we ran down to New Braunfels. They stay open the latest and we're super happy to have us! The driver was so so friendly, and the guys at the front desk were nice as well! Not impressed with the actual float (I don't like the seaweed stuff that grows in the river, super short float, don't like the scenery or crowd, too many "rules" for the river....) but if we ever float New Braunfels again it will be with Corner Tubes!!
