He is versatile as far as the range of work he can do (plumbing, electrical, locksmithing for example). He is also very reasonable in what he charges.

Called to have a Stucco Repair Super fast appointment and fair pricing. Did the work and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend
Charlie has done an amazing job remodeling an out dated bedroom I have. He’s been very good and keeping the place clean when he leaves and is very kind and straightforward about the project. highly recommend!
Charlie at corner stone properties redid my 2 bathrooms. He did an amazing job. I even had 2 big old medicine cabinets that He took down And I was not sure what to replace it with. Since nothing was fitting in there correctly Charlie decided to build shelving for each side of the wall, custom made. It all looks beautiful I am very happy with his work
