December 6 we ordered our son his Varsity football jacket but only after the PROMISE was made that the coat would be in and then not only in, but fully embroidered and ready by Christmas Eve to pick up for or son ‘s present. My wife Andrea got a call today (12/21) and he said he never got the coat in and that there’s nothing he could do when his supplier fails him and definitely couldn’t correct it by Christmas.
