I went in for my new CPAP machine this morning, and Kari was my CPAP educator! She was incredibly friendly, well informed, and honestly, pretty funny! I never imagined I would leave a medical equipment education appointment feeling like I had a good time. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this location to anybody who needs Medical Equipment! The entire staff was friendly and full of smiles, I felt welcome from the time i entered to the time I left!
TELISHA at Corner Home Medical in Rochester, MN was AWESOME! I do not live in the area as was on vacation and accidentally packed the wrong humidifier chamber for my CPAP so I couldn't use it the first night. I was near Rochester so called them about it and Telisha was a big help. I am a customer (in a different area 2 hours away) so next day I went half hour out of way to get it and she was sooo understanding!
