Worst dental experience ever. Very rude management and no response from the phone number left on my review. This was at the Perrysburg office. I hope they wake up and address this issue. Corner Dental on Talmadge is great. Perrysburg needs much work.
I must tell anyone who will listen. Corner dental is a ok dentistry. All except the person who cleans your teeth! Her name is Marie she is one of the most awful people who I've ever seen in a position to do that kind of job! After speaking to the staff who works with her daily. I don't know what kind of operation you are runnng but I called your emergency line on August 30, 2022 with an abscessed tooth and in excruciating pain and I was told that they could see me next week on Tuesday September 6. WTF? I ended up having to go to Urgent care so that I could at least get on an antibiotic!!! My last dentist ALWAYS left one slot open for emergenicies. Is it too much to ask that you do the same? I’ve been calling back to back for thirty minutes and I can’t talk to anyone! What kind of business just don’t answer the phone this is so frustrating!
Very unprofessional and disturbing! They treat patients with no dignity and very inhumane. They need to be held accountable for their poor leadership and shitty service. Go elsewhere!
Had an appointment set up from prior cleaner, they called to reschedule which I agreed to, days before this one they called to reschedule, they had left a message, called to tell them I wasn’t going to reschedule (so they wouldn’t annoy me by calling again) and I was told very coldly ‘alright, thank you!’ and that was that! I was at the office on September 21, 2021. I was getting a cleaning. Once the cleaning was told I had to pay. I should have been told right at check in that there was a fee. If I was told I b wouldn't have gotten the service. I had to pay about 31 dollars but this was money that I should not have had to pay bi had insurance. This was unacceptable service at check in. I should have been informed at check in of the cost.
Horrible horrible the staff was rude the last few times my kids was there! I just pulled them out of this office and found a different dentist all together and they much more kid friendly.
