Called to simply ask of they did a driver's medical. And rudely told me no since I'm not a patient and rudely hung up mumbling something into the receiver. I know it can be busy in a physicians office but that is not acceptable how you treat the public who ask a simple 2 second question. Is this how you treat your patients too.
Well in my experience there I been discriminated against several times and shunned amongst the regulars and even the staff. Before I begin you should know that I am a young native male. One time I was actually homeless and seeking some assistance but was denied and told to go to the local native friendship center instead.
