Beware of this store! This store is a trap! Do not go to this store unless you want to "donate" your old cloth, since they would probably lose it. On top of that, there is no way the manager, Ari, would compensate for your lost!
DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE The worst cleaner ever! They lost my belt, which comes with the coat! The coat was 600 dollars, imported from Japan. The owner agreed that he would make the belt, if i gave him the coat (I don't know if i trust him). Except the fabric was made in Japan, and he just wanted some wool material that was made in China! He even said if I don't give him the coat, then he would not make the belt for me! and there is no way he would compensate the belt either with cash, because it is just an accessory. Avoid at all costs! I WAS a loyal customer until the cleaners lost an item of mine 3 weeks ago. Since I reported it I have been given the run around by the manager and staff! They have have both denied that they lost the item or put me off by saying "by Friday", etc.
