So I brought in a 500$ shirt for a lipstick stain, only worn once and when I got it back the stain was cut out destroying the shirt the owner refuses to call me back the last 2 weeks but today I got a recording of them admitting it's there fault but still they refuse to pay for it but they did call the cops on me for demanding them to pay for it !
I had a negative experience with the owner Ruben. I have been utilizing this service for well over 10 years. When one of my pant button was broken, the owner refused to pay to get it fixed. The owner of the company has POOR customer service. AVOID @ ALL COST!
Beware of this store! This store is a trap! Do not go to this store unless you want to "donate" your old cloth, since they would probably lose it. On top of that, there is no way the manager, Ari, would compensate for your lost!
DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE The worst cleaner ever! They lost my belt, which comes with the coat! The coat was 600 dollars, imported from Japan. The owner agreed that he would make the belt, if i gave him the coat (I don't know if i trust him). Except the fabric was made in Japan, and he just wanted some wool material that was made in China! He even said if I don't give him the coat, then he would not make the belt for me! and there is no way he would compensate the belt either with cash, because it is just an accessory. Avoid--they were very nice until I had problems! – I have been a loyal customer for almost a year without any problems. Until about a month ago when I came home with one less item than I dropped off..... Avoid at all costs! I WAS a loyal customer until the cleaners lost an item of mine 3 weeks ago. Since I reported it I have been given the run around by the manager and staff! They have have both denied that they lost the item or put me off by saying "by Friday", etc.
