My husband and I both get our hair cut here. There are 4 or 5 barbers on a rotating basis, we have had cuts from all of them, and never had a bad one. They will do what you want done, and take their time to make sure it's what you want. At $12 for men and $15 or so for women it's the best bargain in Wheeling.
