Fantastic experience. Chuck was a pleasure to work with and the part (replacement headrest) arrived in brand new condition promptly. It also was a bargain and less than 1/2 of the price found elsewhere. One note that may be of interest - It seems that this auto parts store is affiliated with others as I noticed the car part came from a car also listed on another auto part site ( same website framework, pictures, and VIN).
