I had a problem with a pair of Aetrex flip flops that I ordered through Cornell Surgical. The shoes were a women's size 10 and were a good inch shorter than my current flip flops. I called Cornell to find out how to return them, and they told me I had to go to Aetrex. Aetrex was a real pain to deal with, and made me email them pictures of the unworn flip flops, and pictures of my shipping notice, and my original order.
