As a family we appreciate the attentiveness we receive and quick care when we are ill. Dr Williams has been all 5 of our drs as I’m the last one. Not one time did I have to wait for an appointment, medication or a referral. The secretaries at the front desk go above and beyond to help as well. The staff at the west haven office treats each patient with grace and dignity. We as a family couldn’t be more happy to be a patient at Cornell Scott. The Hill Health Center serving West Haven has moved to a different and bigger location near Campbell Avenue. The address is 285 Main Street in West Haven. I'll take pictures the next time I go by there. Anyway, they've hired all new staff who know what they're doing, my doctor is amazing, the exam rooms are bigger and brighter, the bathroom is bigger, and there are guards posted in the waiting room. This location is much better than the house they used to be in, I like it.
No appointment and no call back after calling them for 1 1/2 months. I guess they do not want new patients. Truly upsetting, and my heart goes out to those who may be in dire need to medical attention and reach out to them. Everyone in the vetting process was very kind and professional however which is why they received the 2 stars.
Always a long wait at appointment. The office is small and dirty and out of date. When it's urgent and need to see my Dr immediately it's impossible to get there at a reasonable time. Which then they suggest I go to a walk-in. Every time I visit my Dr. She reeks of freshly eaten food and doesn't ever perform the basic need of taking my vitals.
