Dawn was wonderful!! I've worked with lots of realtors in the past, but Dawn's knowledge and her ability to deal with whatever had to be done was better than most. I depended on her to keep things going in a positive direction, despite all of the "problems" that came up, due to my situation. Thank you so much, Dawn!!
Severely unimpressed. Before I even met her she had insisted on seeing my bank accounts and financial records to verify I could "afford" a fairly cheap home and have me sign a commitment to her -- again, before we'd even met. She then tried to tie me to a contract and an artificially high mortgage rate so that she could get a kick-back from the lender. Sleazy. In real estate, the funny thing is, the good people do a lot of volume. And because they do a lot of volume, they do not feel the need to try and scheme your contracts... read more
