Charged for amenities that were unavailable during last month is stay. My leased vehicle was keyed and when brought to the attention of the women in the front office, they did not follow up. Dryer hookup consistently stopped working; during the last 2 months of our stay we visited the office twice asking them to start a maintenance request, which they casually brushed off and suggested that their own dryers had the same issues and it couldn’t be fixed. I have lived here 3 years this month. I can’t praise the staff enough because as we all know we senior citizens can be a pain to live with! Used to our own homes this home is different. Apt living is new to most of us so some can’t seem to adjust but Kristie,Diane Jorge and his helpers make everyday a new adventure and now with this world wide problem they are still here helping us as best they can.I want to say THANKS and God bless and keep us all safe.
I lived here for 1 year, and was the first tenant in my particular apartment after the initial renovation. The building was clean and well maintained, and the office staff was very friendly. Be aware that they will not issue extra parking tags, even though the lot is almost always 1/4 empty, and also be aware that the posted office hours are not strictly adhered to.
