I have rented for most of my adult life. I recently moved into Cornell Manor and have never experienced such horrible living conditions.. I pay over $1400/month for a small upgraded 1 bdrm There is no Emergency or on-site Maintenance, repair requests are regularly denied. There is 1 maintenance staff that has been contracted to work at properties in.NJ, PA,& DE.
