Be aware. We were told told prior to my daughters appointment that the insurance pre approved frames. At our appointment the same thing and when ordering. At pickup they told us she didn’t have frames benefits and we had to pay in full. They do not take ownership for their mistakes and have failed to listen or be open to discussion. Apparently they are out for money.
