Signed contract 9mos. Ago and still isn't finished, left my deck steps off over a month, I finally I put them on myself. Mr excuses. 4 months later only had 3posts frame and roof no finishing work at all.. Wanted more money in november to keep going and for more materials and hasn't been back. Was told in november that his new roof leaks and hasn't even been by to even look. Was told 3 times ceiling needs to be gray, shows up with white and gets mad.
