I visited Dr. Kevin Raymond from the Cornell Center Animal Hospital at one of his mobile clinics for my dog’s vaccinations. He confirmed multiple times that I was receiving a three year renewal of the Rabies certificate, only to have the wrong expiration date printed on the certificate. After multiple phone calls and no responses, I am extremely disappointed by the fact that I am still awaiting a response a week later.
