My name is Richard Clarke, I have arrived at Autumn Lake about two weeks ago for rehab after my hips replacement. I was accepted with open arms by the entire staff. including my social worker MK, Unit manager Kim who does a ordinary job.I will like to appreciate the following staff. My social worker MK who addressed all my concerns the entire time, My nurse Sherlley and Kim who is a great nurse in taking care of me and Danielle who was welcoming. My family and I are very pleased with the care my mom received at Autumn Lake. The staff — Liliann, Beverly, Wendy, Rebecca, Marie LaRose, Neil, and many others — are professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and treated with respect. When my mom passed they showed great compassion and care that showed and meant a lot to us. Thanks again for everything.

I’m extremely angry & upset to learn how my dad was treated at his facility. I was there several times & had to speak to the workers there concerning the neglect of my dad… No water, bed sores, not making sure the patients ate is unacceptable. I recall being there visiting my dad & his roommate was crying because he needed help I spoke to them concerning him & the aides replied, oh he’s just in pain…..
