He was there whenever I had questions and never hesitated to come to Columbus to let my husband and I view a specific property we found, (and we found a lot). Cornelius worked with me for about 10 months, finding me a house with very specific qualities that I had to have. He was very patient with me and when we found a house on the market he went out and got the deal started. We didn’t get it at first, but he stayed in constant communication and let me know the first deal fell through and we were up. From there, he took care of business and we closed in 30 days.
