Service was a lot better than what it use to be, but food was way over priced for what you get.
Went out for New Year's Eve with friends for dinner and drinks. I'm not sure what McMenamins does with their fries but they are always limp. Business response:
Hi Karlyn. Thanks for the feedback. I will follow up with the chef about the fries. They are blanched ahead of time so that they crisp up nicely. Looks like we are not following the procedure. I will follow up with the management team as to why they did not get you the correct sauce. Scott
It was really nice. Was there for the new year's Eve and it was awesome. Nice band playing live, fire pits burning outside, ruby beer was good as always... I would recommend.
Great place, great atmosphere, outside fire the food has always been good great burger Mushroom pizza fabulous when they have it. Stop and check it out
Attended the fabulous wreath-making seminar given by the gardening team. Love the rustic octagonal barn with its pot-bellied stove. Sad they aren't doing the Christmas market this year. Please bring it back next December!
A friend suggested we go to the Roadhouse, what a pleasant surprise to find an outside fire burning in the cold evening air. The fish and chips and tarter were amazing, as was the chicken and rice soup, and my teen son who is particular about his burgers absolutely loved his! We will definitely be going back, the atmosphere was so neat as well.
