I was disappointed with the customer service here. When I walked in, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. I was essentially ignored until I had to ask if anyone worked there. As a customer, I expected to at least be acknowledged and greeted when entering the establishment. A little friendliness and willingness to help would have made a much better first impression. Unfortunately, my experience felt unwelcoming, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.
Chad has been very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. He taught me a lot about Hydrangea, and plants in general.
Cornelius Sugar Land staff are very knowledgeable in plant care. Carol, the Manager of the awesome gift shop is very creative and helpful with decorating projects. She is very patient and kind. She makes shopping a pleasure. I love this store. C. Teltschik
Love the water fountains and lovely plants
