Kaleigh has always been Extremely Helpful!! Her Customer Service Skills is beyond...pleasant, kind & goes BEYOND!! Over the years, we have worked with John on multiple projects. Today, Alfred and Wendy, provided top-notch service as well. If you’re looking for a nursery in Sugar Land or Houston, Cornelius is definitely the place to go.
This was my first visit to Cornelius Nursery, and it was a fantastic experience! Alexis, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful—she took the time to explain the different succulents and helped me choose the perfect ones for my new terrarium. She was so friendly and even shared some history about the nursery, which made the visit even more special. Plus, their cat, Pumpkin, is absolutely adorable! I’m new to taking care of plants, but after such a great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Carol is truly a wonderful, creative and exceptionally talented person and designer who makes every visit to the store a great customer experience for me.
