The office is dirty, medical files are in boxes stacked down the halls instead of being properly filed and locked away. I had to have a visit for my young child. When the doctor walked out I asked the nurse what he had said and next steps because I couldn’t follow what he was saying. Her response was I’m not sure he’s really hard to understand.
