Job well done had all my stuff arranged, detailed to the cleaning. Great for me
Veronica and her crew did the most amazing job on an apartment lived in for several years. With a ‘deep clean,’ you get excellent results with your oven, microwave, toaster oven.. refrigerator, windowsills, tub and toilet ..all things that you let slide. They did a completely thorough job on every aspect of their cleaning while respectful of items on shelves, etc. this is a five star team!
If you only read the first sentence, just don't call these people. Just horrible business and service. Quoted a price and when they showed up, got a text saying they needed more because it would take 4 hours, which it never did. They came twice and did a good (not great) job and definitely finished in under 3 hours. Came a third time and didn't stay more than 1 hour. Nothing was cleaned well. I am beyond frustrated with this cleaning company. What started as a $250 move-out cleaning quickly turned into a $300 charge the day of the service with no prior notice. After the unexpected up charge I only requested the 2 bathrooms to be cleaned, and while they adjusted the price accordingly, the quality was atrocious. They missed spots in the main bathroom, left trash on the floor, and to top it off, they sprayed something on the stove before being informed that they would not be cleaning that are and left the product on... read more
