I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this cleaning company and would not recommend them. I booked a regular cleaning for my main floor and was told that two cleaners would complete the job. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not done properly. Many areas of the house were left dirty, corners were missed, and the fridge was not cleaned thoroughly even though I was told it had been completed. DO NOT HIRE!!!! I hired them for a move-out cleaning. I was told they would clean the baseboards, walls, bathroom, cupboards, oven, refrigerator and doors. I asked specifically about these things and was promised it was included in the $463.00 quote. I am out from work today so that I can do the job I paid them to do. Baseboards, walls, and doors weren't even touched. Cupboard doors were not cleaned, countertops were sticky, oven and refrigerator not cleaned.They used my Swiffer to "mop" the floors. This is my third time using Cornelios House Cleaning, and they continue to impress every single time. For this visit, Nelly handled the entire house on her own, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was spotless, detailed, and thoughtfully done — you can really tell she takes pride in her work. It’s such a great feeling walking into a clean, refreshed home, and she delivered exactly that. Reliable, consistent, and high-quality service every time. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them!
Cornelius house cleaning was recommended to us by friends who use their services. We had a short window to get our house cleaned before putting it on the market. They did an amazing job with quite a mess, and we are overjoyed!! The house is sell worthy now! I highly recommend their services!!
