I've been with Ed and Ed jr for over 29 years span with 8 Yorkie, 2 Shepard ,1 Australian territor and a yellow lab. So they have work on all my dogs and when I was not working and my dogs need care Ed work out special arrangements for me to pay him back. That's family. We all make mis6and we don't want to hear sorry. None of us is perfect ,but they try hard.
Terrible customer service! I will never come back to this location. Was told facility was closed well before listed closing time, then informed everyone had gone home already while receptionist asked Vet through window if they can take one more. SMH!!! If your furr baby needs help find another facility…
