The office staff were very friendly. I didn't have a long wait before my name was called. Michael, the doctors assistant was great. Dr. Goyal was very pleasant, and explained her diagnosis of my situation clearly. She came highly recommended to me from one of her patients, and I will recommend her also.
Dr. Goyal and her staff are great. Friendly and professional. Will be sticking with them as my new eye care professionals.
We have been there a couple of times. We think Dr. Goyal and her staff is great. Could not be happier.
The short version is they ultimately could and would not obtain prior auth for me on medication I need. Then they wanted me to pay out of pocket for very expensive eye drops instead. I wasted so much time and energy calling back and forth between their office and my insurance (both of whom had completely different stories). I have since found a new ophthalmologist and he was able to get my medicine covered by my insurance and sent to my home within a week, no problems, no phone calls.
