I ordered 'the moody portabella" meal the portions were so disappointing (enough for a kindergartener) and my main course was an upside down unseasoned mushroom with spinach in it... absolutely NOTHING was seasoned... looked nothing like any of the pictures posted. This was actually the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had in my entire life! Don't give them your hard earned $11.50 for a slap in the face.
Well, hell. After nearly 4 years of plant-based eating, we are completely ruined for eating out now! We drove 100 miles to eat here (as well as find some local artisan nut-based cheeses (Vtopian) and meet a friend.) Our Eugenewich and BBQ sammy were fabulous and the four sweets we took with us (pecan pie, cinnamon roll cake, Elvis cupcake and crunchy peanut butter/chocolate bar) were all worth going back for. Delicious! I am vegan but my kids and husband are not and cornbread cafe even pleases their discerning palettes :-) thanks for giving us a place where the whole family can eat!
Love the fish sticks, collard greens and sassy slaw. Of course, the owner is awesome!

Best food ever
Cornbread Cafe is by far the best vegan/vegetarian cuisine in Eugene. The level of heart and compassion put into your meal is incomparable. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Also, Sheree is the most amazing person I've ever worked for. Give her your money, you won't regret it.
Noshing on some fantastic southern fried tofu right now. SO tasty! Love the sauce as well!
