Came to this page to drool over some food pics and then thought you could use another great review. Don't let the bastards grind you down! I think people take advantage of what a wonderful establishment the Cornbread Cafe is! Can't wait to eat there again.
Awesome cafe. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere.
One of my favorite spots to eat when I visit Eugene!
Mint Tea Fire biscuits Hot waitresses 🌬 and a ms pac-man machine . The menu is pretty deep for a flipper and they rock mimosas w real fresh juice. The tofu fish n chips and biscuits and gravy must be tried or ur just a str8 lurking muggle . Desserts will make you slightly trip . The coconut cream is stellar and the tarts are gnarrnia. I didnt even blow a wad there it was like 17 bucks for fish n chips , fried cheese balls (cornbread base) and mimosa /mint tea.
I've been to Cornbread Cafe several times and always enjoyed it but today was a really bad experience. Not even a Vegan and would go back. Look forward to it again.
I wish there was a way to give 4.5 stars. I really liked this place. Atmosphere was cozy, food was fairly priced and decent portions. The buffalo fried tofu was the bomb. Absolutely stellar. And the jalapeno hush puppies ruled. Only thing I was a touch miffed about was the greens. I've never ordered "greens" before and been served baby spinach. Firstly I think most people like me would assume they're ordering collards or mustard greens. Secondly, and this is personal preference, but I hate baby spinach. If I wanted to chew o... read more
I enjoyed the cozy and relaxed atmosphere greatly. The soup and garlic bread was quite good and the tea excellent. Very nice.
This is my favorite place to eat in OR. I'd go there everyday if I could. Everything I've had is delicious. I'm not sure what item on your menu is my favorite because I love them all.
