Located next to a very noisy church that is active half the week. Property management is intrusive, bossy, and rude at times. Water and garbage is added onto rent even if you are not using it. Parking spaces are limited. Rent increases are frequent.
This complex is safe , clean and well managed. Some of the staff I met were Kevin and Carter. They were both professional, responsible, respectful and informative.
