They fail to complete their inspections within a timely manner. The last attempt for inspection, they claimed they couldn’t access the system due to a locked gate. We don’t have Locke states. They fail to answer the phone or return voicemails to reschedule. Just last week, Ms Sabrina informed us that because they failed to complete their final inspection OR ANY INSPECTION FOR THAT MATTER! should have been before July but they supposedly popped in in DECEMBER but claimed they were locked out) that they would cover the callout... read more
