DON'T BUY A CORMIDI! THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE ENTIRE COMPANY IS. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE BEEN TRYING FOR 4 MONTHS TO GET PARTS AND CAN'T GET A REPLY TO EMAIL OR CALL BACK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great machine
Unfortunately this brand is a piece of junk. We've had nothing but issues with the machine since new. Calling Cormidi for support is a joke to say the least. We really wanted to like this machine but after the motor mounts coming loose with less than 500 hours I had to warn others.
Very nice people. They were more than willing to offer customer service over profits. There were some problems with the transaction, but they were willing to deal with those problems to make sure I received my parts. I am glad the issues with my machine happened during the off season, because it took longer than I would have assumed, but in the end I got my parts and my machine is back operating.
