We purchased a 2022 C85 brand new through Harris Trading company. Since day one we it was hard to start with the electric start and also the pull start. We were told it was normal, the machine need to be break in. We were noticing missing screws and bolts. Small issues were on for about a year I it just ran out of warranty more issues started. Supper hard to start, broke several pull start cords and switch batteries 3 times. In 2025 it started smoking. At this point it had 348 hours. We havd the piston replace and other part... read more
Worst company to ever deal with. I work for a large company and Cormidi will not respond, communicate, or pay for things under warranty like they should. They are a joke of a company and the owner is useless.
DON'T BUY A CORMIDI! THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE ENTIRE COMPANY IS. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE BEEN TRYING FOR 4 MONTHS TO GET PARTS AND CAN'T GET A REPLY TO EMAIL OR CALL BACK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great machine
Unfortunately this brand is a piece of junk. We've had nothing but issues with the machine since new. Calling Cormidi for support is a joke to say the least. We really wanted to like this machine but after the motor mounts coming loose with less than 500 hours I had to warn others.
