Katie and Colleen in the office are amazing. The maintenance Team here are on top of any repairs, ect Immediately The grounds are always kept neat and very clean. Always a lot of kids outside playing, and neighbors getting together.
This is my first apartment and I have had the worst experiences, there are several but the one that tops the list is when there roof broke by a fallen tree and the rain came in and damaged my $1400 mattress. Several days past I went to the office with photos , I was told she would pass the message on. I still didn't get a response so I filed a claim only for Coleen to tell the insurance company there was no hole in the roof. So am stuck with a smelly mattress that am going to have to buy back.
They expect you to live with your bathroom backing up every day and think it's ok I've lived there since September 2022 and it's now November 2022 and on October 20 2022 Ive lived with this every day or every other day
