Bought a new Ford Fusion Sport and had a bunch of problems: the steering wheel got recalled, the shifter knob got recalled, the passenger side windows went out, the spark plugs went out and the tires went low! Will not ever purchase a Ford made vehicle again for sure! P.S. this is a reflection on Ford and not Deml.
Most streamline car purchase I have ever made. Being able to fill our credit applications ahead of time really saved time at the dealership. Big plus for us. Also, everyone was really nice and friendly. And not just salesperson nice, genuinely nice. They also recommended a great place for lunch, El Molino. I also highly recommend trying them out.
