Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was referred to me by our realtor, Jim Roy of LuxManor Real Estate. They did a great roofing job for us at our home a few years ago and they have remained accessible whenever we've had a question. Just this week, Josh Ralls was kind enough to come back out and identify the source of a ceiling leak, which turned out to be a problem with the chimney. They are honest, very quick to respond, professional, reasonably-priced, and do high-quality work. Highly recommend!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Corley and Josh Ralls on multiple occasions. Josh is prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and generous with his time. He takes the time to examine things thoroughly and then explain to you in detail, and in layman's terms, what needs to be done. I couldn't be happier with the roof or subsequent service.
Great job and perfect cleanup afterwards. The last time we had our roof done (by another company), we were picking up debris from our landscape bushes for months. With Corley Roofing there was no sign of shingles or nails anywhere on our lawn or in our bushes - great job!
