There is a reason why Corley's is not BBB accredited. Like ****** review, they also ripped me off! Not a lot of money, it was about $12. But, enough that it seems to be part of their Standard Operating Procedure! In my case, I brought my pressure washer to them to clean the carburetor, nothing else. I told them I had just changed to oil, spark plug, and filter, so they did not need to include any of those items in their work. They did anyway. They stole parts from my mowers and then lied and they do not care at all. Terrible service Do not use these guys they will bend you over and screw you.

Terrible customer service. I took in my string trimmer because it was hard to start. After checking it in and taking my $20 deposit I asked them if it might be ready by the weekend. They laughed and said it would be more like weeks rather than days, that they didn't even have a mechanic who worked on 2 cycle equipment. I checked back 2 1/2 weeks later and they said it would be another 6 to 8 weeks. I said that was not going to work for me and asked for my trimmer and $20 deposit back. Very bad customer service, combatant front desk/phone people. They gave me incorrect estimate, so I end up spending as much as paying for a new edger. Will definitely going back there again.

I dropped off a trimmer to be sharpened. They called to say it was ready, but when I arrived next morning at 8:20 the shop was locked up in spite of 8 am open time on signage and ticket provided - wasting 45 minutes. Went back same afternoon, picked up item and complained about opening time. The owner stated that I had an attitude and began cursing and calling me names. I left mentioning I would not be back. They may take their time but its definitely to assure a well oiled & running piece of equipment. I got my mower back in a timely manner then it seemed to be in its best shape ever!!!!! Thanks Corleys and all of the customer service was wonderful...

If you need something related to small engines this place is the greatest. A diamond in the rough perhaps. This is where the other guys send you when they can not do the job. It does take time and money but they do it and stand behind their work.

Awesome place, not trying to be hotshots, hard a working group trying to fix lawnmowers for a living. I felt the individuality that only comes with dealing with small business and hard workibg folks.

Reasonable repairs in a timely manner year after year. I have been using Corley's for my lawn equipment for 13 years. They always get the job done and my mower has lasted for 8 years. I count on them and they haven't let me down. Good honest repair shop. Highly recommend. Sally, Duluth GA
