As a parent, I was nervous about my youngest moving into his first apartment. However, seeing the property and meeting Amy completely put my mind at ease! While the buildings are a bit dated, they are incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Thank you Amy!
Once again, as someone who has lived here, I cannot believe the new management does not pay attention to what is going on in the facility. They care only about filling apartments and not what’s going on in the buildings between the doors, not working and people being locked in their buildings and the driveways, taking out your mufflers and then strangers from the neighborhood, not only dumping the trash, but also swimming in the pools, it is crazy. moved into Cortlett Creek this last month where I was an occupant from the first day with my boyfriend. Monday I was assaulted by the live in boyfriend not on site but after being hospitalized my former bf was arrested at our apartment. So. I don't usually post reviews but I've been living here since 2020 and I have to say that yes the old management was slow to respond but always willing to help. The new management that took over last year has been amazing. Devoted to improving the quality of life amenities while maintaining a friendly and family oriented feeling across the entire complex.
