It's OK but not world class – I was told this was the best place to get BBQ and the ribs were to die for. I am from out of town and have seen many cities in my travels, tried many places to eat. Corky's gets only marginal rating from my take out meal. The cut of meat for the ribs was very good, lean and good flavor. The sauce was bland and lifeless. Best Ribs this side of Memphis – Corky's is second to none for ribs in Nashville. The only place I think is better is the Rendevous, but that's in Memphis.
