Corky's pest control was authorized to run a one time payment on my account They ran payment and didn't notify me it was not processed properly. I called again and authorized them to debit my bank account one time to pay the previous and current charge owed. They again said they did, and were not able to for some unknown reason and again did not notify me. They then sent me a letter my services were suspended. You've got to be kidding me... These other reviews are clearly staged. This company is the lousiest bait-and-switch scam I've ever seen. They try to sell secondary services to take care of problems that don't even exist, and I had to beg them (3 phone calls!) to send my report. This place is scam-my. They advertised that they were the cheapest, and I fell for it. I'd say that you get what you pay for, but the truth of the matter is, you end up paying the same price you would have with a real bug company.
Corky's was prompt, professional and dead on with their remedy. I no longer have a rat problem.Thank you Corky's.Steve
