One of the best physicians and the highest qualities a family doctor and person can be. Greatful for all his expertise and help for 15 years! Genuinely cares for all patients taking so much time and a patient well being in more ways than physical mental healthcare professional and corktown medical center has the upmost best quality medical care, nurses and staff!

Dr. Jacob is a great doctor. Admin staff have been hit and miss over the years, but I appreciate and am grateful to Dr. Jacob's professional and no nonsense bedside manner (and yet still manages to be kind and supportive) that I ignore every blip because he is such an amazing health partner for me. I have moved from working nearby and living in East York to east end Scarborough but still travel to Corktown to see him.
