I called this company for an HVAC repair, and the lady who answered told me they were too busy and didn’t want the business. I’ve honestly never heard anything like that before. If you’re looking for reliable service, I’d suggest finding someone who actually wants to work with customers. I wonder if the owner actually knows the lady is turning people away.
I made a call last week. Spoke to a lady who said, "everyone's been calling and he's so busy. Let me call you back tomorrow." She never called back. I tried again and she said, "we're too busy for the service call." I'm so confused. Who would turn away business and still gets 4.7 stars? Interesting business plan.
