I told the shop I wanted them to diagnose the problem with my car & let me know what the problem was & how much it was going to cost before they do anything. They repaired my car & charged me anyway without my consent. I didn't get a call or anything about a quote, they just did it. Apparently there's other reviews of people saying the same thing.
