Extremely disappointed with this company. During a service visit, the technician went ahead and performed a check without ever disclosing that it would be a billable service. There was zero communication that what they were doing would result in a charge — not even a heads-up. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Why would you hire anyone else to service your generator, AC, furnace or do electrical work. If you want it done right and don't want to be ripped off, these are the only people to call for residental or commercial. I have used them for both for 16 years.
The guys are always prompt and I have been having Corkern for all my emergency situations . They always deliver and they always come promptly. Great guys , great company!
